In the editorial "New times", Paula Serafim Daré and Candido Pinto Vallada, current scientific editors of Self, highlight the challenges of this third year of life of the journal, among them the "intention of providing a wide reach into academic and scientific production, generating economy in its propagation and enabling larger visibility to those who wish to contribute to Jungian thought."

The publication also aims to increase the number of published papers, national and foreign, always respecting the internationally accepted criteria of editorial quality.

Here is an invitation for you, dear reader, to contribute to our Self by submitting papers for publication and helping us in our mission to disseminate and to promote the exchange of the Jungian thought, and to contribute to the development of the scientific production in the field of analytical psychology.
