O processo de individuação feminino no conto de fada “Pele de asno”

This article aims to address the process of female individuation through the analysis of the fairy tale “Pele de asno” (Donkey skin). The tale tells the strategies used by a princess to escape incest, revealed by the marriage proposal made to her by the king, her father. From the perspective of Jungian analytic psychology, the narrative is about the avoidance of a symbiosis that would make the characters psychic development impossible, especially that of the princess.
